About Us
BKS Textiles Pvt. Ltd, established in 1985, is a vertically integrated manufacturer of premium woven fabrics for global and domestic markets. We produce fabrics for apparel, home textiles, workwear and technical applications, with a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible manufacturing. Our focus on quality has helped us build a trusted presence across various countries, including the UK, EU, USA, Latin America, Japan and Australia.
Located in Palladam, which is one of India’s leading greige fabric hubs, we operate with seamless access to a strong supply network. Our advanced processing facility at the SIPCOT industrial growth centre in Perundurai enhances our integrated capabilities and ensures consistent, high-standard output.

Mr. M. Senthilkumar, Promoter and Chairman of BKS Textiles, brings over four decades of leadership and experience in the textile industry. Guided by a clear vision, global outlook and an enduring passion for textiles, he has shaped BKS into a responsible, quality-led manufacturer of
woven fabrics and made-ups.
A widely respected industry voice, he has served as Chairman of the Powerloom Development and Export Promotion Council (PDEXCIL), former Chairman of Palladam Hi-Tech Weaving Park (PHWP) and Chairman of The Southern India Mills’ Association (SIMA) from 2015 to 2017, contributing meaningfully to the advancement of India’s textile ecosystem.
Carrying his values forward, his daughters, Ms. Sangeetha Velkrishna and Dr. Sudha Anand, are Directors of the company, representing the next generation of leadership driving innovation, sustainability, and purposeful growth while building on a strong legacy.
